Maria HeibergFounder, board member

Maria is a founder and board member of O Community. She works with holistic health, including private support for the dying, and facilitates communities and women's circles.

She is a pedagogue with a master's in business administration and HR, and has dedicated a large part of her life to wisdom traditions: as a yoga teacher, teacher trainer and artist.

What she cares about most is the young. She leads O Community's youth programmes, and is tribe mama and a dedicated farmer at Østre Dal Gård.

Tharald NustadBoard member

Tharald is the founder of Katapult, one of the world's leading impact investing groups and a serious agent of systems change. He has worked with around two hundred startups as an investor, and took the initiative to found the systems change organisation Twist. Earlier, he built the startup Inviso.

He is the grandson of Olav Selvaag — the building entrepreneur who established Østre Dal Gård. And carries that innovative legacy forward. His late mother, Cecilie Nustad, was a philanthropist and the founder of the Karibu Foundation.

Tharald bridges two worlds: impact investing and regenerative development. He sees the need for systems change that is place-based, localised and holistic built from the ground up.

Ove Kenneth NodlandBoard member

Ove Kenneth is a lawyer. He has worked with the EAT Foundation and Innovation Norway, and currently works at Inventura with innovation in tenders and sourcing.

He believes it is of vital importance to create physical reconnection hubs: places that help us remember, as humanity, what it is that makes us human.
